01About these terms
These terms apply to all bookings made with RM TRAVEL LTD ("RM Travel", "we", "us") through this website, by phone, by WhatsApp or by email. By making a booking you agree to them. Private hire operator licensed by Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.
02Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation by email. Please check it carefully and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
You are responsible for giving us accurate details, including addresses, dates, times, flight numbers and the number of passengers and pieces of luggage. If the details are wrong, we may not be able to carry out the journey, or extra charges may apply.
03Prices and payment
Our prices are fixed for the journey you book and are for the whole vehicle, not per person. The price does not change because of traffic on the day.
The price may change if you change the journey, for example adding stops, passengers, luggage or waiting time, or changing the pick-up or drop-off address. Parking and airport drop-off or pick-up charges may be added where they apply.
Payment is taken when you book unless we agree otherwise.
04Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible on 07501 497231 or at [email protected].
Bookings cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled pick-up will receive a full refund where applicable.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may be deducted from any refund, depending on the circumstances and how close the cancellation is to the journey. Passengers who do not show up may be charged in full.
Any deposit or payment that is non-refundable will be clearly explained at the time of booking.
05On the day
Please be ready at the agreed pick-up time. For airport collections, add your flight number when booking and keep us informed of any changes. Extended waiting time may be charged.
We will always try to arrive on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control. Please allow enough time to reach the airport for your flight.
06Passengers and luggage
For safety reasons we cannot carry more passengers than the vehicle is licensed for, or more luggage than fits safely. Please tell us about large or unusual items when you book.
Children must travel with an adult and in a suitable child seat where required by law. Please tell us the ages of any children when you book.
07Conduct
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in our vehicles. The driver may refuse to carry, or ask to leave the vehicle, any passenger who is abusive, violent or under the influence in a way that puts safety at risk. Any damage or cleaning caused by passengers may be charged.
08Lost property
Please check you have all your belongings before leaving the vehicle. We will keep any items found and try to return them, but we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
09Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price of the booking. We are not responsible for missed flights, connections or other losses caused by events outside our control.
10Complaints

11Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
